International Shipping Policy

TMF will get out your international order within 72 hours of purchase.

Please note that while your order may be packed and ready to go, our shipping carriers don't pick up on Saturday or Sunday. And of course there are always exceptions to the rules. Orders can be delayed due to credit card billing mismatches, CVV mismatches (that little 3 or 4 digit security code on your card), or other errors so please be sure to carefully input your info for the quickest ship time!

Duties/Taxes

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from TMF, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
