What is Groutmaster? it is the premier tile & grout cleaner that rarely needs prescrubbing. Mix 2-3 scoops, 4-6 oz in a gallon hot water. Spray it down, wait 5-10 mins and run your spinner over it. Cuts greasy filthy grout like nothing else and doesn't harm stainless steel appliances, transitions and cabinets. (Still wipe down any overspray of course)

And it's an incredible carpet cleaning booster. Just add 1-2 scoops to your current prespray inline sprayer mix and watch it work magic on rat nasties. GroutMaster will blow your mind as it blows thru thick greasy grout lines leaving them clean and bright. Our special blend of chemicals works great in residential and commercial locations to safely remove dirt and grime from virtually any tile surface.     Surprised, rat nasty pre-treatment

    Ordered this because I had some big tile jobs lined up and everyone said it was awesome. I haven't been super pleased with my go to pre-treatment on tile so thought I would give it a try. I was a little leary b/c the ph is high and my machine isn't drawing chemical, so couldn't do acid rinse to neutralize...

    I just watched Rob's video on why pre treatments fail, and on greasy jobs adding a little citrus solve. I had a real restoration clean and added a little solvent to the grout master. Soil started disappearing as I was spraying, but not completely.

    Used CRB and then hot water extracted. There was a grimy smell we already discussed treating with enzyme, so added some acid fiber rinse to the enzyme to help eliminate potential browning. BINGO! Was just as surprised as the customer at how well this came out!

    I also used it on one of the tile jobs, but they had such clean tile it was not as stark a difference.
