I’ve had many Tony Dang swivel wands in the past.
This time I reached out to TMF when I was in need of a new swivel wand.
Definitely received five ⭐️ service and a five ⭐️ product.
I would say almost perfect. I do prefer the stainless steel braided solution lines.
If your on the fence for a swivel wand? I highly recommend it.
I have loaned three different carpet cleaners here in the Orlando area and they all have ended up buying my used ones, and then eventually bought their own brand new. I believe it’s a game changer.

A great wand seems like a very quality build shrieks like a b**** when you flow the water which I think is kind of weird. The swivel head is dramatically helpful in residential work.

I had expectations of a high quality wand ie ; good workmanship, well thought out design, comfortable to operate and I wasn’t disappointed. But, I really didn’t know how cool that swivel head would be. We’ve been using rotaries for a primary tool on our trucks for years but these wands are seeing more time on the floor than the big machines now. Far less fatiguing and time saving - wasn’t actually expecting that going in. The swivel makes it easy for going around furnishings. Also, I’ve learned that I’m moving my feet less on wide commercial areas as I don’t have to stay positioned behind the wand as much. A slight tilt gives another pass or two. A little less footwork adds up to less fatigue on large buildings. The sight window takes a lot of the guesswork out of when to move on or make another pass.
Just received our second TMF 2” wand. Now we have both 14” and 16”. The 16 works great with our TM with a number 4 blower.
Buying these high end wands were a big decision for us and I appreciated the time Rob spent with me on the phone and texting to help me with my purchases.
