Bust
We like how it makes the wand effortless to push but the lines it leaves are frustrating. We have attempted to groom them out but the 'drag marks' are so deep it makes it nearly impossible. After purchasing a second glide after our original wore out after a year, we are going through another company for our next glide.

Why not sell all wand parts?
I have purchased several wands . Since you build all wands in house, I wish you would expand your parts sales to include all parts of the wand. Things happen. It would be nice to replace old or worn parts.
