Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with any materials, accessories and manuals to receive a complete refund minus shipping cost. When returning equipment, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims on equipment not returned in original condition and/or original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom or special order items are not returnable.

For returns that do not have a product fault:

On accessories, tools, and equipment, there is a 30% restocking fee. If a chemical order return exceeds $1,000, there is a 15% restocking fee. 

All shipping costs for returning an item are responsible by the purchasing party.

Refunds

We do offer first time buyers of cleaning chemicals for 1 jar, if you are not satisfied with the cleaning chemical you may keep that jar and we will still refund you on the product cost. For items that are returned, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Taxes are non-refundable.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
