Shipping policy

Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship the same business day. In many cases, we can still ship orders placed after 12 PM EST, but this is not guaranteed.

During holiday seasons, fulfillment may take 1–3 business days due to increased volume. If you need your order rushed, please call us immediately at 1-800-949-7726 and we’ll do our best to ship it out ASAP.

Some products may need to ship via LTL freight, which can take up to 1 week to fulfill. Tracking numbers may take 1–2 business days to update after the shipment leaves our facility.
