I ordered some 1/8" jets but received 1/4". I got on the TM Shop website and started a chat explaining the situation. An order for the correct jets was sent while we were chatting. I've always had a great experience with TMF when there has been and issue with an order. Also, as quickly as my orders are received one would think they were right down the street from me.
