Highly concentrated & economical... For heavy soil, one gallon makes 64 gallons of cleaning solution... Only cost pennies per gallon!

Utilize in Low Moisture systems. Might be too foamy for some Hot Water extraction systems.

pH is approx 11-12 at 1:32 dilution.

odor death
I hav't tried all the products on the market but reallly love this one. I not only use on urine {which works much better than enzime type} but most any odor.I once used it alone with no other product to clean. I use it topical mostly but have flooded and extracted on really bad odors.

Second Favorite
Certainly not every job needs such a high Ph product to get it clean. Hot Knife does the job 90% of the time for me. Yet where heal marks and ground in dirt is heavy, this is my go-to product. Personally, I do not care for the smell, and the hand of the glue down carpet does not feel as nice as with Hot Knife, but most customers never feel the carpet after cleaning. My major complaint about encapsulating cleaning with VacAway products is, apart from the spills that people make, it takes so long to re-soil that the customers often hesitate and delay cleaning!
