I'm giving this purchase a 1 star review, because this is a very bad design, and the seller and manufacturer don't tell you that you can't let the machine tip over accidentally for even just a second, which happens very easily if the clean water tank is not as full. I've had the worst experience with this machine, and I asked if since this happened within a week of purchase and the gasket in on top of the blower adhesive came loose and got sucked into the vacuum. This shouldn't happen with one water intrusion, especially when the machine so easily tips over. This is the second machine they shipped me with issues as well. The gasket is crap material, and the adhesive is not heat resistant. This needs corrected by the manufacturer. In addition, the cord was tugged out of the power plate upon arrival. I didn't even say anything about that till now, when the manufacturer doesn't want to warranty. This is a bad design. Do yourself and do buy it until these issues are corrected! Basically, I'm feeling like I wasted $1200 on this unit! It's pretty much going to be useless to me now, because I'll constantly be concerned about the motor burning up with the part of the gasket that was sucked into it! This is unacceptable craftsmanship and manufacturing, and I would never recommend buying this piece of garbage!
