Red Mystery Stains
This is a fantastic product. Primarily we use it as our general spotter for HWE but also, with encapping. It works on a multitude of spots and doesn't cause re-soiling. Also, we use it on those problem traffic areas by misting and agitating with a brush. Works like a charm.

Wow!
This did the job with one application. From Urine smell to no smell. Cat urine is bad but this product eliminated the smell completely. I would definitely buy again and will recommend to others.

Like magic
First time using it was to remove black magic marker of carpet( Worked very Well) A customer was surprised how well it took out stains, so she gave me a Jacket that had ball point pen stains on it and I carefully blotted out all stains.
