TMF Revolution Titanium 4-Jet 14" Wand with Glide

This is an ok wand. It is extremely light. For some reason TMF seems the need to send them with these little “risers” that drop the jets down way to close to the floor, in my opinion. This causes streaking on the carpet. We have found it best to remove these little check valve riser deals, to get a better clean.

The other caution I have with this wand is the glides themselves. They seem to wear awfully fast, I am trying to find some right now for wands that are less than 8 months old. They are so worn they could go any day, and TMF wants $100 bucks for them. That seems steep to me for a glide that doesnt last a year.

Rob has always seemed to help other carpet cleaners around the world, but The last comment I have is my honest opinion- the customer service at TMF is less than par. I know that if my customer service was comparable to TMF service, I would be out of business. I am not sure I will bring much business back here.

I originally bought two of these wands, one for my van, and one for one of my other vans. After opening only one to test it out I haven’t been overly impressed. To begin, The shipping and purchasing was all a fine experience and no complaints there. The wand performance:

It is very thick for a 2 inch wand, and would appear to have good suction. The wand only has four 1.5 jets on it, where I am used to using 5 jets with a mixture of 1.5 and 2. The thing I miss most about my other wands is the steam rolling off the carpet because I am able to put down more water and sustain more heat. With that being said I put 11052 jets on the center of this wand to try and improve its cleaning ability, and it doesn’t improve much. I have found where if I have a 5 or 6 jet wand and can do two passes, this wand may take 3-4 passes to achieve the same clean. I will be sending my other one back and continue looking for a viable replacement wand. However it appears I will be stuck with the one I opened and have used.
