Just BUY IT
We had an area in my office where my puppy used to sneak and pee. It was to the point where no matter how many “professional” cleanings we had done, the smell and color would come back the next couple of days. We were at the point of considering carpet replacement for this room..I took a chance and purchased this as a normal civilian and NOT a professional. IT WORKS WONDERS!! Stains are literally almost invisible and smell is completely vanished after one spray! One more round will do it for sure!! I will keep this in rotation!! Buy it nowww!!

Go to Product for Pet Stains and Odors
As a professional carpet cleaning technician, I’ve been using TMF Unchained for the past 10 years with outstanding results. In that time, I have not had a single revisit for pet odors or stains when Unchained was applied correctly. I consistently use a 1:1 mix of carpet cleaning detergent and Unchained as my prespray, followed by thorough agitation with a CRB to work the solution deep into the fibers. I then allow adequate dwell time before rinsing and extracting.
For severe odor situations, I add an odor counteractant to my rinse water to neutralize any remaining odor at the source. Unchained continues to impress me—not only for odor removal but also because, in many cases, urine staining is completely eliminated.
Equally important to the chemistry is the drying process. Fast dry times are critical, which means multiple extraction passes and proper ventilation in every treated room. When these steps are followed, Unchained delivers consistent, reliable results that I trust on even the toughest pet contamination jobs.

Best stuff on the market
I was searching for a peroxide based urine spot removal chemical for a long time. There was one years ago that work from a different company but I was unable to get it anymore. Then I found this plus with the ability to remove the odor. I never hesitate ordering it.
