Commercial Magic is a professional-strength encapsulation carpet cleaner formulated specifically for low-moisture cleaning systems. Designed for the most demanding commercial environments, it excels in restaurants, heavily soiled apartments, and high-traffic commercial carpet lanes where standard cleaning products fall short.

Product features:

Crystallizing encapsulation formula for deep soil removal
Extra anti-resoiling protective polymer -carpets stay cleaner longer after treatment
Super aggressive soil and grease cutting power
Highly concentrated: at heavy soil ratios, 1 gallon makes 64 gallons of cleaning solution
pH approximately 11–12 at 1:32 dilution
Available in Unscented or Lemon Scent
Freeze-Thaw stable for year-round storage

Commercial Magic is designed for use in low-moisture systems such as encapsulation machines. It may produce excessive foam in hot water extraction systems and is not recommended for HWE use.

Commercial Magic
I do a lot of encap cleaning. Just used commercial Magic on two different jobs. This stuff is amazing! Also used the "Green" encap cleaner from VacAway. I was really impressed with it as well. Can't wait to try the others I ordered. VacAway Now under TMF makes incredible products. If you do wool rugs and upholstery, get Safe & Soft. My guys use it on all furniture HWE or Encap.
