This is not a polyurethane which means a blend of multiple resins, that blend generally dictates a cheaper resin blended with a urethane resin to cut costs. Our system is comprised of 100% urethane resin, NO cost cutting which equals no quality cutting! Flooring which is a 2 part component in each order! This comes in 1 Gallon (128 oz). • Longer dry time in humid or low temp areas

• Test for topicals, if wax is present use FinishEm Stripper first
• Last 3-5 Years depending on traffic & conditions
• Doodle Bug good for corners
• Wait 4 hours for light traffic & to place furniture back wait up to 24 hours once fully cures
• 600-700sqft coverage per gallon
• Matte and Satin are best for dog owners
• Some Traffic patterns may need to blend in stain
• Some stains, dents, scratches and urine may need sanding
• Always set expectation levels during walk-throughs!
• Once mixed the pot life is 12 hours (can be re-boosted with the catalyst!)
