Frog cuts right through most of the dirty neglected jobs. Boosted with pure O2 and you have a killer combo for the neglected or rat nasty jobs.

One of the best pre sprays I have ever used. I use this on everything carpet tile and grout brick floors and cement. I try other things from time to time but frog nasty works well consistently.
