At first I was disappointed I ordered the low pH version (4–5) but received a higher pH (around 10.5).
However, I tested it on a real job today and it performed great. Strong cleaning power, easy to work with, and very good results.
Overall, I’m satisfied.

Very safe product that works extremely well.
Both photos we used Green Label Pre-spray followed up with Trinity OP machine. Carpets are dry within one hour and the results are amazing. Customers love hearing the product is 99% green.
