TRUCK MOUNT FORUMS Hands On Rug Cleaning & Fine Fabric Cleaning Course Sept 27, 28, 29 - 2024

Day 1 September 27th and taking
8 am -9 am - Intro, get to know everyone.
9 am – 10 am – Learn basic chemistry, along with what boosters to use.
10 am – 11am – Fiber Identification, along with common issues with what fibers.
11am – 12pm – Inspection and dusting of area rugs.

12pm – 1pm - Lunch break.

1pm -5pm Hands on cleaning of area rugs.
5pm – 6:30pm – Dinner Break

6:30pm to 9pm (will be back at the shop to just chat about things if anyone is interested)

Day 2 September 28th
8 am- 9 am – Review carpets from yesterday.

9 am – 12 pm – Demonstrations and going over all the tools and different methods of cleaning upholstery.

12pm – 1pm -Lunch

1pm – 5pm -Hands on Upholstery Cleaning

5pm – 6:30pm Dinner Break

6:30 pm – 9pm (will be back at the shop to just chat about things if anyone is interested)

Day 3 September 29th

8 am – 1pm – A review of everything along with addressing anyone’s concerns or wanting to know or practice anything.

4- pm till 6:30 pm After party!

* Bonuses, on Thursday we’ll Visit the Rug Merchant (I’m in the same building as them) a carpet store along with Hillery will talk about new trends going on in the carpet industry.

Also, anyone will to stay till Monday I’ll put together a Ride Along at a real job.

Logan Airport. And there is a shuttle bus that goes to a park and ride within walking distance of the hotels, if people don't want to rent a car. Otherwise it's about a 30 minute drive.

Shop is also across from the hotels, and within walking distance there is a breakfast place, a dunking donuts, a bar, a pizza place, a Wendy's and a few other places.
