Ink stains
The product says removes ink stains. I did exactly as instructed on the bottle and the stains stayed exactly the same. The product does not work as advertised.

There can be a few factors of what kind of ink was it, did the customer use any OTC products on it before hand, how long the stain has been set if it - its best to put pig out on the stain, use a white terry cloth to blot would be a first factor to see if it transfers to the towel if not then you may need to move to an oxidizer spot remover then blot and extract. If you have any pictures of before/after and what kind of carpet its on we can help walk you thru each step. Thank you

Go to stain removal.
We use pig out on just about every stain. Red dyes are really the only ones that haven’t come out easily with this. We make sure this product stays stocked up in our toolbox of tricks.

Nail polish
Followed directions and worked great! Definitely don’t overuse it, I used a piece of scrap carpet to see how much was too much and it definitely caused carpet strands to release from backing
