Sta-Clene Formula 940 Soil & Stain Repellent

Sta-Clene is a solvent-based, advanced-generation protector for carpet, rugs, upholstery and stone with exceptional oil, water and soil repellency. It protects stone, marble, grout and soft surfaces from spills and stains.

Features and Benefits

• Contains no silicone, which would void carpet warranties and cause yellowing.
• Provides a barrier against dry soil and both water-based and oil-based spills.
• Reduces soiling and staining on stone surfaces such as marble, travertine, slate, limestone, granite, terrazzo, sandstone, Mexican tile, saltillo, pavers, non-glazed ceramic tile, non-glazed porcelain tile and non-epoxy grout, plus soft surfaces.
• Not for use on epoxy grout, vinyl, rubber, VCT, laminates, wood or solvent-sensitive surfaces.
• Also works on soft, absorptive surfaces like carpets, rugs and upholstery.

• Professional use only. Not for retail sale.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not dispose of Sta-Clene or any solvent-based product into drains.
• Keep away from fire, open flame and sparks.
• Use only in an open, well-ventilated area.
• Do not aerosolize. Some sensitive smoke alarms may go off during spraying.
• Avoid breathing vapor or spray mist. Avoid contact with eyes or skin.
• Remove pets and small children from the area until the surface is dry.
• May not be shipped by air.
• Not for sale in California.

Directions

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Read label directions and cautions before using.
• Always test on a hidden or inconspicuous area first.
• Ready to use on porous hard and soft surfaces.
• Apply in a fine mist using a solvent-resistant, water-free sprayer at less than 60 psi, such as Bane-Clene's stainless steel pump-up sprayer. Do not use a power sprayer and do not mist into the air where you might breathe the fumes.
• May also be applied with a microfiber applicator.
• Coverage: 200 to 300 sq. ft. per quart.
• On stone and grout, make sure the surface is dry before applying. Let it soak in, then wipe off excess with towels or a bonnet. Do not leave it on the surface.
• On glazed ceramic tile, squeegee excess into the grout after applying and before drying, then remove from the glazed tile with towels or a bonnet before the product dries.
• Reapply after any deep cleaning.
• If used on leather, pretest for dye stability and gloss damage from previous coatings, and do not rub the Sta-Clene in.
• Clean the pressure sprayer daily.
