Teflon lip glide

Frankly . I tough, I make the wrong move when I purchase the glide for one of the wands we use, The all thing was a bad experience and I tough I just loos my money. But . TMF (quality team) respond to me with an other new part. When they tall me they was going to send me an other one, I tough, as if . And by my surprise I get it in one 3rd of the time, the first one took. I'm so glad to deal with a company than despite on this hard times, they understand that every client is important and admire they INTEGRITY. I will deal with them as often I can.

I may understand why tock so long to be delivered, but, why you have to send it on an envelop . It come bend and deform . Please I want to exchange, and this time send it on a cardboard tubing, or send us a refund . Please send instruction how we send this one back via collect.

The order process was simple and clear. Not only was the item delivered as promised but it came early.
