Use to love them but over the years they got way to expensive for what you get so been using full glides to me there not as good but last a couple years instead of a month

Frankly . I tough, I make the wrong move when I purchase the glide for one of the wands we use, The all thing was a bad experience and I tough I just loos my money.
But . TMF (quality team) respond to me with an other new part. When they tall me they was going to send me an other one, I tough, as if . And by my surprise I get it in one 3rd of the time, the first one took. I'm so glad to deal with a company than despite on this hard times, they understand that every client is important and admire they INTEGRITY. I will deal with them as often I can.
