I have several of the gentoo sprayers and this one takes forever to pressure up, my other ones seem to spray more smoothly and fan out better. it still works great, that's my only complaint. The new jug design is way better and the upholstery tool takes the cake, really awesome. That's my favorite thing about it. I have a multi sprayer with the upholstery attachment but it just shoots a stream out instead of a good fan / mist you want for cleaning upholstery, it used to work normally for the 2 times I used it but I guess I need to fix it already.

Very good sprayer. Has wonderful power, which makes pre spraying quick! All the connections plus spray handle are heavy duty, perfect for professional use. On/off button in the handle so no bending over to turn machine on and off, a major plus for us "older" techs! Compact design for easy storage in van.

Negative: would prefer coil type hose from machine leading to spray handle. Also, think next iteration of design should have wheels! Again, us older techs look for every little way to make job easier.
