Westpak 14" glide

Aug 26 order hose stair hook and wand guide also inquired about castex 16in wand guide Aug 31 received stair hook...no guide. Sept 23 called for update on guide, was told by shop.manager that it was held up because he didn't know if wanted castex guide. Told him i was inquiring only and needed guide ASAP. OCT 18 still no guide talked to Mary was told manager has been sick and would have to wait till he's back. Paid with CC ON AUG 26th still no guide. Expected better service than this. Today is Oct 24th 2 months after order and will inquire again on status of order, hopefully everyone is healthy.
